Ronald Frankl started his career at a prestigious Viennese business law firm, where he worked for nine years. He started as a legal trainee and became an attorney after being admitted to the bar in 2007. The focus of his work was providing advice in the practice areas of M&A (mergers and acquisitions), corporate law, capital markets, general business law, and financing.
In 2012, he took over the entire Corporate, M&A and Capital Markets desk at another well-known business law firm where after only two years, in 2014, he was promoted to equity partner. His professional development and establishment of the new practice area of Blockchain & Cryptocurrencies in 2018 eventually led to his appointment as a name partner of his former law firm in 2021.
In August 2023, Ronald founded his own law firm with these main focus areas: Corporate, Capital Markets, Real Estate, Blockchain & Crypto Assets, and Dispute Resolution. And yet the scope of Frankl Legal advisory services extends beyond these areas. The firm’s priority is to guide clients with high-quality advice to practical and economically optimal solutions in all their legal matters.

For over 11 years, he was managing partner and subsequently a name partner of a renowned Viennese business law firm, leading the entire Corporate, M&A, and Capital Markets department. In addition, he successfully established and developed the firm’s Blockchain & Cryptocurrencies practice area. He has practiced in this area for over 5 years and is regarded as an eminent legal expert in this field.
